Cosplay Event in CEBU ???
Yes its true, There will be a Hobby Convention to be held at the Parkmall, 168 Ouano Road North Reclemation Area Mandaue City, Cebu.(beside the Cebu International Convention Center). This coming June 20 to 21, 2009.
And its gonna be the First ever Hobby Convention (HobCon) in Cebu.
