Beautiful Yukishiro Tomoe Cosplay
tomoe is a lover of Hitokiri Battousai, they first met when Tomeo come home, and accidentally saw Battousai was killing someone (in fact I was a bit forgot with the story of this Rouroni Kenshin anime  ^^", so if I'm wrong please in justified), and than Battousai take tomoe to his place, because she is a witness who can not be tolerated, but with time they like each other and fall in love xD, actually a nostalgic Anime.

I watch this anime since I was in elementary school, Rurouni Kenshin Anime movie really very cool, and sometimes I like to imitate the movements and jutsu of battosai in my class, and hit my classmate with a ruler Lol. I've got this Beautiful Yukishiro Tomoe Cosplay  pictures has been a long time, but always forget to post it. I liked the first picture, it is very similar and suited to my imagine tomoe ever. she was very pretty, not surprisingly, a sloughter like Hitorkiri Battousai fell in love with her >.<. although in the end he kills Tomeo! Beautiful Yukishiro Tomoe Cosplay!

Rurouni Kenshin: Sagara Sanosuke

When he was only a child, Sanosuke ran away from home to join the Sekiho Army, a group of farmers and merchants led by Sagara Sozo, who fought for the Ishin Shishi during the Meiji Revolution. When the Sekiho were betrayed by other revolutionaries, Sozo protected Sanosuke at the cost of his life, making Sanosuke bitter towards the Meiji government. He becomes friends with Kenshin, however, after he makes Sanosuke realize that not all of the Ishin Shishi were dishonorable.

Beautiful cosplay! Rurouni Kenshin is such a classic series that and I’m glad people still cosplay the characters. Thanks to Mikaela for sending this in!

Tomoe is Kenshin’s first wife who was able to heal Kenshin’s soul and show him a purpose in life as oppose to murder. She was able to forgive him for slaying her fiancé, Kiyosato Akira and found that she had fallen in love with him.

This destroyed her original purpose of wanting revenge against Battousai and created a new desire to live a new life along side him. Unfortunately, these dreams were left unrealized because she had given her life to protect him.

I happen to like Tomoe as Kenshin’s wife more than Kaoru. I don’t know why, but I guess the mere fact that she was able to bring Kenshin back to his old self at the peak of his reign as Battousai did it for me.

I suppose I should find a decent Kaoru cosplayer now before the fan-base kills me.

Rurouni Kenshin: Hitokiri Battousai 03

I’ve featured 3 different cosplayers of Hitokiri Battousai so far (you can see the other two here and here), though this is only the 2nd solo picture I found of him.

Although this cosplayer is obviously a girl, I really like the way she did her hair. This image reminds me of the time when the war of the Tokugawa era was already finished, and Kenshin decided to wander on his own for 10 years. Call it soul searching if you will.

Beautiful cosplay. The sword she’s holding looks real too. Great job!

Rurouni Kenshin: Takani Megumi

Megumi is well known among Rurouni Kenshin fans as the “Fox Lady”, meaning both literally a vixen for being cunning and “foxy” or beautiful lady. She is assumed to be the last of the Takani clan, a high class level family of well renowned doctors who specialize in Western and Eastern medicine. Her father died in the battlefield in Nagasaki, while her mother and two brothers disappeared. She was working as the apprentice of a prominent doctor when she was forced to create the “Spider’s Web” opium.

This girl looking convincingly like Megumi, though she probably needs to comb her hair a bit. It’s still a really great cosplay though! Awesome job!

Rurouni Kenshin: Hitokiri Battousai

After Yukishiro Tomoe had returned to the Shogunate spies with the hopes of throwing them off and save his life, Himura Kenshin received a letter of from the Spymasters stating that they have Tomoe hostage. It was winter at the time, and Kenshin hurriedly went after the Shogunate to save Tomoe in the snow and ice.

It was unfortunate, as he was ambushed several times before he could actually try and save her. In the end, it was Tomoe who ended up saving him. But she was accidentally killed by the same slash of Kenshin’s sword that killed his opponent.

It’s such a sad fate for Kenshin… And this cosplay seems to be a tribute to that. For some reason, even if the image is so small, I think this cosplayer is a girl. But I’m wondering whether or not she feels cold in that kimono while out in the winter cold.

Is that purple sash he’s holding Tomoe’s? Hm…

Rurouni Kenshin: Battousai and Yukishiro Tomoe

This one is a classic favorite among all anime and manga fans. Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Kenkaku Romatan (also known as “Samurai X” in the English translation) is one of the most influential animes that was ever produced.

Some cosplay watchers may find this image very familiar. I’d still like to find out who the cosplayers are in this photo. Not only did they get the costume right, but even the height (yes, Kenshin was shorter than Tomoe in the OVA) and Tomoe’s near impossible hairstyle!

The problem with cosplaying Rurouni Kenshin is that the costumes are too simple. So, if you don’t get the attitude right, you’ll simply look like a random person wearing a kimono!

Great work, and I love the blood detail in Kenshin’s Kimono… I have several other pictures of these 2, but I’ll save them for next time…
